Today is the last straw!!!!!! Today like I been doing for the last XXXX months called in to ask Equifax why are they not updating my information. I have spoken to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX they told me they last reported on XX/XX/XXXX stating I have a XXXX XXXX for a credit card limit of XXXX it has been that way since the card was paid off XX/XX/XXXX. The answer from equifax is send in a dispute every time I send in a dispute The dispute says resolved. When I call XXXX XXXXXXXX they say they have resolved the issue because on their end they are accurately reporting the information every month which is I do not owe. In return equifax startes well you have multiple account. When asking why do I have multiple accounts equifax replies we can not update your birthday we have a team that updates information and the logged it in wrong. We have to put in a ticket and it will take XXXX XXXX from today to be resolved from XX/XX/XXXX the lady also asked to put in another dispute I said no because you guys are not updating the information is it possible to speak to a manger rep hung up in my face and switched me to the survey after I had been on the phone for 1 almost 2. This is ridiculous I want my credit to report accurately on equifax like it is doing with my other credit agencies
