My work establishment had a customer pay for bottle service and a private room at our work establishment, using XXXX as a form of payment. This customer signed a contract, fingerprinted the document, took a photo with it, and allowed us to scan his ID for proof of identity. This customer signed a contract stating he would not dispute the charge of {$1400.00}. This amount was sent to my bank account via XXXX, and I paid out my work establishment their portion of {$440.00}. Wells Fargo reversed the transaction of {$1400.00} back to the man who signed the documents ( he claimed it wasn't him ). This puts me out a total of $ XXXX have documentation to support the case. This is not a civil matter.
