NOTE : I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED BY MULTIPLE DEBT COLLECTORS CONCERNING THIS SUPPOSED DEBT, BUT THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IVE HEARD OF THESE ASSOCIATES. XXXX Received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, dated XXXX. The envelope has a red CONFIDENTIAL stamp on it. I opened the envelope and saw red flags. Capitalization errors, unprofessional presentation. The letter states that the original account owner is WACHOVIA/WELLS FARGO and that the current balance is {$1200.00}. It states I have continually disregarded this account and that a recommendation to file a lawsuit to collect this debt is being processed, amongst other things that suggest my prompt attention to this matter is recommended lawsuit, judgment, seriously impact your credit profile, submission to XXXX, serious legal matter, and increase the cost of collections.
