I WANT TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT I AM NOT DISPUTING INACCURATE INFORMATION ON MY REPORT. I AM REPORTING EQUIFAX FOR NOT FOLLOWING FCRA RETENTION LAWS. Equifax is ignoring the retention statute of collection accounts in XXXX I have temporary left the state for work. I have confirmed with XXXX XXXX, a credit law firm that even if someone permanently moves the retention time stays with the state that the debt incurred. There is a medical collection account on my report that should have aged of my report last month. They are refusing to remove citing that because I am currently in XXXX XXXXheir policy is to keep it on my report. Because my stay is temporary they have insisted i show my license. I am including a copy of front and back to show I still maintain my XXXX residency. I do not intend to get a XXXX license as I am not a permanent resident.
