The end of XXXX I applied for a capital one business card, I already have XXXX other credit cards with them a credit card for XXXX I've had since XXXX and a Capital one XXXX for XXXX since XXXX. I applied for the business card for my XXXX business. When i applied through XXXX XXXX for the card, XXXX XXXX did most oXXXX XXXX, where i only had to fill in a couple of blanks. they approved me for the card XXXX limit and they also sent the card, with the card i got 2 other letters stating that those other XXXX accounts had been deactivated. the next day i recieved a letter stating that the business card i was just approved for deactivated also. the letters gave a number and also had 3 different case numbers. they stated that it was a concern about Fraud and needed to verify information. XX/XX/XXXX I sent in 3 most recent bank statements and proof of my business, i did that a couple days later i was told to send in my ss card and ID front and back. i done that, next couple of days heard from the person who stated that they were over the account and she never ask for ss card or ID, at that point i stated that if capital one did not want me to have a business card then that was fine, and i was just wanting to know about my other XXXX cards, i have also contacted XXXX and they letter i got back was the same stating fraud and information needed. they were stating my bank statements were not real until i had a rep call the bank and i verified information so the rep could get info on bank statements and they recieved the same 3 month statements, Now they are saying they want my personal bank statements. I have already been approved for the card and its on my capital one account and on my credit. my other credit cards with them are at XXXX always,
