Reason for disputes : There are 3 past due remarks on all 3 of the major credit bureaus. Date of remarks : XX/XX/2019 - XX/XX/2019 - XX/XX/2019 XXXX has reported my account XXXX days late on all 3 major credit bureaus on the above dates. XX/XX/2019 payment made through my XXXX Bank account. Funds were denied because XXXX attempted to make 3 withdraws simultaneously without my authorization and the bank denied direct withdraws. Payment attempted again and made. XX/XX/2019 and XX/XX/2019 payments made through my XXXXXXXX XXXX Account were delayed due to a banking error ( see attached letters ) and subsequently with follow-up contact with XXXX I was told that I would not be charged late fees NOR would XXXX report the activity to the credit bureaus.
