I contacted all three Credit Reporting Agencies regarding the inaccurate information they were posting on my Consumer Report. They did not provide me the information requested, physical validation of the late payment on my XXXX XXXX account, as well as XXXX XXXX. In accordance with 15 USC 1681i, the procedure in the case of disputed accuracy, the account/negative information should be removed off of my consumer credit report within 5 days of receiving the dispute, pending the outcome of the re-investigation. This was not done, which backs my argument that the Credit Reporting Agencies never investigate my claims from the first dispute letter I sent. In addition, pursuant to 15 USC 1666b, there is no such thing as a late payment, so how is it that they are reporting something to my credit that the Federal Law said does not exists, that is fraud. Pursuant to 1692g, I am supposed to notified 5 days before anything is added to my credit report, that was not done either. These are just a few of the violations that the agencies committed against me..
