On XX/XX/22, I made a mobile purchase using my Wells Fargo checking account/debit card to pay Front Gate Tickets for a single pair of tickets for a total charge of {$130.00}. On XX/XX/22, I discovered that I was overcharged by {$170.00}, which made my total charge {$310.00}. Immediately after discovering this discrepancy, I tried contacting both the Front Gate Tickets and Wells Fargo Claims Department with no resolution : 1. I had difficulty reaching anybody at Front Gate Tickets. Upon further research, I discovered that Front Gate Tickets has a low rating ( XXXX stars ) on XXXX XXXX XXXX with XXXX complaints against them for similar cases of being overcharged. They promised a resolution within 10 business days. 3. On XX/XX/22, I received a provisional credit of {$170.00} since they were still investigating the claim. 4. As of today, XX/XX/22. I've tried contacting them multiple times since XX/XX/22 to follow up with the case, with no updates or promise to close the claim in my favor.
