These inquiries are fraudulent! I respectfully request to be provided proof of these alleged items, specifically the contract, note or other instrument bearing my signature. Failing that, the item must be deleted from the report as soon as possible. This information is entirely inaccurate, and as such represents a very serious error in your reporting. Ive also filed a police report and attached a FTC report as i have no idea where these inquiries came from. The FCRA also states any fraudulent information being reported on any individuals credit report must be deleted expeditiously. Please respect my wishes as Im a victim. Thank you.
