Date : XX/XX/2022 ( date fees were posted to account ) Amount : {$10.00} x2 ( two separate cash advance fees ) Used a Huntington Bank Credit Card to pull money out of a Huntington ATM. The ATM offers the ability to pull money out of checking rather than credit since they are both backed by Huntington. I used the checking option on the ATM. Despite this I was charged two cash advance fees of {$10.00} each as the ATM decided to ignore the checking option and treat it as a cash advance. The two charges are because I pulled out {$20.00} two separate times. I Called Huntington and was told I'd have a callback in 48 hours from someone with the ability to refund the fees. The call never arrived and more than a week later I can not get hold of them as the number on the back of my card puts me in a queue where I sit on hold for more than an hour and a half, without the ability to leave a voicemail or email as apparently email is not a thing. I would like the two cash advance fees refunded to my account.
