To whom it may concern, I have obtained my credit report and notice that there is unauthorized information in my name being used on my consumer reports and would like to file a dispute. This information is unauthorized, and I did not approve it to reflect on my consumer reports. I believe I may be a victim of identity theft. I have a security lock on my consumer report, and I was not alerted to this information being authorized on my reports and I am demanding that they be deleted/removed from my consumer report as soon as possible. These items are fraudulent, and they have negatively impacted my relationships with creditors and caused mental anxiety. I reached out to XXXX, Experian, & XXXX about these matters on numerous occasions requesting TO SEND ME EVERY DOCUMENT PERTAINING TO THESE ENTRY THAT YOUR AGENCY USED TO VALIDATE THIS DEBT. The only response I have receive from these agencies is this debt has been validated or verified and will remain on your consumer report with no documents or proof provided. Please investigate these matters and remove/delete the disputed items, as soon as possible Thank you.
