XXXX XXXX on account numbers # XXXX, XXXX and XXXX have responded in sync with XXXX stating that they investigated my last CFPB complaint and found all reporting to be accurate. The findings were false and clearly not even accurately looked into. It seems to be that both companies simply just stated all was correct to advoid actually looking into and addressing the incorrect reporting. A simple example of this is attached here to with the photo of my Credit report showing the automotive credit tradeline. As you can see the status and balance were updated XXXX of XXXX, however when looking at the month of XXXX its stating that the payment was 60 days late.. how can some thing updated in XXXX say that the month of XXXX is 60 days late? In fact it was not late in fact none of the payments have been late. Furthermore we are in XXXX and they havent reported for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX or XXXX despite payments now being made for all months though XXXX, cause we are actually paid ahead and in no way late ever on these accounts. XXXX XXXX and XXXX have been Falsely and fraudulently reporting incorrectly and causing me harm to my credit profile and borrowing ability cause of their total neglect for accuracy
