This is the third complaint I am filing against Midland Credit Management. This company continues to report an alleged debt that I have not validated. On XX/XX/2022 Midland Credit Management and I had a court hearing. Midland failed to provide any documents proving their claim and also failed to appear in court. Due to this, the complaint was withdrawn. Following the complaint withdrawal, Midland continues to report this alleged debt, which they have no proof of to all credit reporting agencies. This is a violation of 15 USC 1692j ( a ). I have made several attempts to obtain any proof of claim from Midland Credit Management via phone and certified mail. Midland has not provided and documents.
