I have requested my mortgage servicer escrow and pay both homeowners insurance and property taxes. My servicer has not complied, and have requested the same documents over and over, despite me already having sent the requested documents in a timely manner. My insurer informed me that my annual premium was not paid. The servicer has everything they need to calculate the escrow and pay the insurance and taxes. I am making no progress through the numerous letters I have sent, nor have they complied with my request for information under RESPA.
