I REQUEST FOR THIS COMPLAINT TO BE REVIEWED BY A HUMAN. Please reference CFPB Complaint Number XXXX I submitted my original complaint on XXXX. I received an email notification from CFPB stating that the complaint was closed on XXXX. When I read the reason that CFPB Complaint Number XXXX was closed, it stated that the account was never on my credit report/ and or had been removed. Confused, I called into CFPB and spoke to customer representative XXXX. XXXX read back the information to me on the phone, stating that the account is not on my credit report. Please note that this is incorrect information. On XX/XX/2022, I waited to pull my credit reports from all three credit bureaus- XXXX, Equifax, and XXXX. Currently, the account in dispute - XXXX XXXX XXXX Account XXXX is still reporting negatively on my Equifax and XXXX credit reports. This account is reporting twice ( double jeopardy ), on pages XXXX and XXXX of my XXXX credit report and also reporting on my Equifax credit report. I have attached my current credit reports for your review. 15 U.S.C 1681c ( a ) ( 5 ) states : no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any adverse item of information, other than records of convictions of crimes which antedates the report by more than seven years 15 U.S.C 1681s-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has violated my rights under 15 USC 1681. This company continues to falsely misrepresent that I owe an alleged debt to them to the credit bureaus. I do not now, nor have I ever had a signed written agreement to do business with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX.
