Reuesting that experian remove all my XXXX, XXXX late payment while i was in forebearance. I need the late information removed. it was unfair to be reported as late. forebearance rules say, no late or miss payment would be reported as late while in forebearance per the gov't issued rules to any of the 3 reported credit agencies. I was granted forebearance from all of XXXX to XXXX, then loan modification review period from XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX of XXXX. I was just granted hardship by XXXX XXXX, I had filed back in XX/XX/XXXX, that the co-borrower died of XXXX. I had been asking for relief until end of XX/XX/XXXX. Was told by XXXX XXXX, Loss and mitigation dept. they are overloaded with request and did not have time until now to offer me hardship, it was an overview. My Loan modification to begin with New Payment of {$2500.00}, it is being changed from {$2800.00}.
