Barclays XXXX XXXX Credit Card : My account was hacked. Hours and hours of attempting to resolve with phone representatives. Have not sent me my statements so i can determine with any specificity which charges were bogus. Can not get into my on line account because the hacker changed my password. Barclays sent a card to this guy under his name on my account even though I told them not to. Some person in another state who i have never met. Most importantly, despite repeated attempts to have Barclays turn off the auto pay and to close the account, they can not or will not do so.
