I AM A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT, THE INFORMATION REPORTING TO MY CREDIT PROFILE IS INFORMATION THAT I HAVE NO RELATION TO, NOR HAVE I EVER HAD A ACCOUNT WITH THIS CREDITOR. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM AND THEY HAVE FAILED TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY ORGINAL SIGNED CONTRACT STATING THAT I OWE A DEBT TO THIS COMPANY UNDER FCRA SECTION 609A. UNDER FCRA SECTION 605B AND 609E, FRAUDULENT INFORMATION MUST BE PERMANENTLY DELETED FROM A CONSUMERS CREDIT PROFILE WITHIN 4 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THIS INFORMATION. THIS IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE CONSUMER LAW AND I WILL BE FOLLOWING UP WITH EACH AGENCY TO ENSURE THIS MATTER IS TAKEN CARE OF IN A PROMPT MANNER. I HAVE CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY AND PLAN TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST ANY AGENCY INVOLVED IN REPORTING FRAUDULENT AND UNVERIFIED INFORMATION TO MY CREDIT PROFILE.
