On XX/XX/XXXX, I received multiple calls from NATIONAL RECOVERY AGENCY XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, PA XXXX, regarding and alleged medical obligation leading to a voicemail being left with an account number to alleged obilgation. I returned the call and was asked for verify myself upon requesting first and last name from representative I was told she was not obligated to identify her while had access to all of my private and personal consumer information insisting i verify whom I was when I was returning a call, she stated she would not be able assist and for safety reason would not disclose her first and last name which violates FDCPA laws further more the representative hung up. I repeated to call back to acquire information as into how this third party I have no entered any contracts with have my personal and private consumer information, I made five calls and each representative declined and refused to properly identify themselves on my third call the rep answered and said in quote " I was crazy " for asking him to identify and that statement caused deep emotional injury and damage. I spoke with a manager who agreed that reps are to identify themselves and should use profane or derogatory statements I asked if compliance would review all calls and we could resolve the violations in private however no one ever reached out to me. I did however start getting emails regarding the alleged obligation with no consent under regulation F but they continue to harass me. Today XX/XX/2022 I called in again seeking remedy and was told again the rep would not provide proper identification i was transferred to a manager who identified his first and last name and made him aware of the violations and he refused to address the matter at hand after asking him multiple times why his reps would not id he placed me on hold to confirm FDCPA laws and came back to the phone stating he doesn't have time to talk about the violations and hung up on me causing more damage and leading to more financial injury as no remedy can be made when they avoid assisting me or acknowledging their harassing and profane collections efforts pertaining to an alleged obligation.
