Since XX/XX/XXXX Equifax has reported incorrect information. I contacted them ( XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and I was assured that the information on XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) wasn't the correct score, but my score was higher in Equifax system and was told to check it there. After signing into my Equifax account the score was the same. Since XX/XX/XXXX I have made ( 2 ) payments and after checking today XX/XX/XXXX the score is still ( XXXX ). I spoke with XXXX and was transferred to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX @ XXXX. The CSR name was XXXX @ XXXX ; XXXX and the same statement was told to me that I heard on XX/XX/XXXX. I was put on hold and then the line hung up. Equifax has documented untruthful information and my account with XXXX XXXX, stating I had an increase on my account which was incorrect. It was documented by Equifax and XXXX and that I needed to contact my creditor which I did. I have never been late, always paid more, and paid 30 days in advance since the loan. Ally is currently doing an investigation into this. According to XXXX records I'm in good standing and they don't know where this information came from. XXXX and Equifax are reporting the same negative information. I've been 100 % on time with all my payments and pay more that what's due every month and to have a score of XXXX, I need answers.
