In XXXX of 2016 I purchased a car from XXXX In XXXX NY about 8-9 months after I purchased the Vehicle I traded it in and the amount owed from the loan from New City Funding was added to the new loan from dealership. New city funding is stating that this vehicle was a voluntary repo and has this loan on my credit report as delinquent and I have reached out to New City Funding for them to show proof of voluntary repo which I still have not got they stated during a call that the dealer had called and said I gave the car in as a voluntary repo when I spoke with the dealership they stated that is incorrect. When I requested a copy of the certified letter New City Funding is required to send when a vehicle is repoed with the amount that was owed with proof of what the vehicle was sold for after the alleged voluntary repo and I have yet to receive anything from them and it has been well over 2 years. I have also filed a complaint with the XXXX and New City Funding has not responded to that report either. Also New City Funding stated on my credit report that the starting amount owed for the vehicle was {$6000.00} and that there was 8 payments made in the amount of {$250.00} which would be a total of {$2000.00} which would bring the balance down to {$4000.00} and they stated when they got the vehicle they sold the vehicle at the auction and I now have a balance of {$3900.00} on my credit report. Which if this vehicle was a voluntary repo there would have to be papers I signed to turn the car over to them as well proof of service for the certified letter to be sent which they do not have because I did not voluntarily give the vehicle it was a trade in and I was never served or received a certified letter from new city funding and I have attempted to get documentation from them for over 2 years and still no documents.
