This account was wrongfully documented and incorrectly pinned under my name. I do not have any knowledge of this company as they have never provided their services that was authorized by me ; therefore, I have directly mailed the company, Coachella Valley Collections Services, certified letters 3x ( dated XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, & XX/XX/XXXX ) in the last 6 months to the following address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX CA XXXX to request for them to verify and validate this account to me and my name. Each time, the company has failed or neglected to repond back to me with any correspondent as well as any evidence. Since they were unable to and have never responded to me nor provided any evidence to prove this is me and this debt belongs to me, I demanded that they corrected this mistake by reporting this mistake to all 3 of the credit bureaus. This collection debt has been removed from my name with XXXX and XXXX only. I am requesting assistance to do the same for my XXXX account and name immediately. I have attached e-copies of the receipts with tracking numbers of the 3 certified letters I have mailed to them directly as my proof to support my claim : 1 ) 1st certified mail letter sent on XX/XX/XXXX.
