I disputed the below medical account from my credit report, and it then updated showing " Account Information Disputed and that it meets the requirements of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. '' Which is absurd, and a violation of my consumer rights. Pursuant to 45 CFR 164.504 Use of Disclosure of Health Information which states that no such entity may disclose protected health information except as permitted or required pursuant to an authorization and agreement, which was not given. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C 6801 ( b ) ( 3 ) Protected against unauthorized Access or use. And pursuant to 15 U.S.C 6802 ( b ) ( A ) ( B ) ( C ) the right to opt-out. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I am demanding this account be deleted from my consumer report immediately.
