I entered into loan deferment and modification process with BSI Financial mid XXXX ( originally XXXXXXXX XXXX loan ). I have been requesting to end deferment and move forward for nearly a year now. I did finally get presented with 2 options in XX/XX/XXXX, ( see attached ), of which I selected option 1. I expected to see modification docs within a month or two and begin making payments in XXXX or XXXX ; however, I have not received any correspondence since, except for the one email saying it was still in process or awaiting some agency approval. Follow-ups by phone are made about every two weeks, and at best, I get the same answer or no answer or promised a callback that virtually never happens ( I can only recall one ). I am also noticing that my mortgage has now been being reported as delinquent to credit reporting agencies for the last several months!! I feel like someone is purposefully trying to keep me from getting back on track and trying to take my home, which has significant equity. I have been ready and able to make payments for quite some time. I also have been getting strange junk mail referencing a mortgage amount that is unfamiliar, but quite close to the deferment amount I agreed upon, so I feel like something is happening, but its being hidden from me or something.
