I called again to Experian I spoke with an agent named XXXX. I have mailed several letters to Experian requesting that they remove this from file. XXXX says today that they didn't have my FTC then he found it and he said they would re investigate. This would be great but they have said this XXXX other times. I called on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX each time they say the same thing we will investigate but nothing has happened. I recently asked what else could I do and upon further research I discovered the CFPB and I read about how to file this report.
