Consumer Narrative

I started to refinance 3 properties in XX/XX/XXXX with a lender I have worked with for years. I was approved and HomeBridge ( one of the current lenders at that time ) was notified of my refinance. XXXX XXXX, with HomeBridge reached out to me to keep my business, they could do the loan at a less rate & closing costs. I moved one property over, then the other XXXX. I submitted all the requested information, signed all the disclosures and things were moving along. I was assured that my XXXX did not to be filed as we were funding in XXXX. Things started get to suspicious. I was then told in XXXX you need to file your returns and the rates will be expiring. I was getting frustrated as this wasn't what I was told and led to believe. My refinances were then transferred to XXXX XXXX with XXXX to " expedite '' the process and put me top of the line assuring me rates are locked. I have been dealing with XXXX for XXXX months now on closing the original XXXX refinances. These refinances are unethical when I have signed disclosures, email from XXXX XXXX HomeBridge we need one last piece of info and we can fund by XXXX, then to be strung along for XXXX months to not honor what was started and agreed upon. XXXX didn't return phone calls for 30 days for a business promotion and sometimes a week at time for business travels which dragged on the loan process but I was assured dont worry, your rates are still locked, and with the amount of time this has dragged on and for customer relations, Ill take off $ XXXX {$4000.00} in closing costs on XXXX XXXX XXXX I supplied everything that was needed, I was approved, had paid for XXXX appraisals, signed disclosures on all XXXX properties. This dragging it out for XXXX months, then to have my rates expired ( guess they werent locked ), is on the lender. I did my apart as a consumer and supplied everything as requested asap to close these XXXX refinances. You will see the emails dragging on and on. XXXX reached out to me XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XX/XX/XXXX says you need your XXXX tax returns, which at that point a XXXX day rate lock is expired, even though I continued to confirm locks were in place. I was told verbally, husband and client had heard the conversation as well. I have emails saying nothing of we need your XXXX returns. She states we want to close in XXXX, please sign the disclosures. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX reached out to me after being " caught up to speed '' with my scenario of not having my XXXX returns. I want the loans refinanced with the original terms agreed upon with HomeBridge. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX & XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
