Purchased a new XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. I instructed the sales rep that I would perder to use XXXX XXXX unless XXXX loan is better. I told them we still need to get a loan for the roof on our house. Instead numerous hard inquires were made everywhere but XXXX XXXX. I recieved multiple alerts on my phone. Was frustrated at that point and didn't want to run an additional to use XXXXXXXX XXXX Now the credit agencies are reporting double digit drops. A couple of the hard inquires dropped off. XXXX for XXXX and a XXXX XXXX didn't. When I talk to him about it he laughed it off and said that banks know not to count the inquiries. They continue to ignore that they disregarded my orginal request of a specific lender.
