Hello, my name is XXXX XXXX and I am writing to have the following information deleted from my credit file. I requested a copy of my credit report and noticed multiple fraudulent items on my report. The items I need deleted are listed below. I am a victim of identity theft and did not make the charge. I have never had an open account with either of the companies listed and it's illegal to have fraudulent information reported to my credit report. I need these items to be deleted immediately. I reported the theft of my identity to the Federal Trade Commission and I also have enclosed copies from the Federal Trade Commissions Identity Theft affidavit Please delete the items as soon as possible.
