I spoke to a Cash 1 representative on XX/XX/2022 and informed her that I was unable to be able to pay on that day due to unforeseen circumstances. She threatened to send my account to collections if I didnt pay. I informed her I need some additional time at which point she confirmed and she said she would follow up with me on Monday XX/XX/2022. On the same day I spoke with the that representative, XX/XX/2022, my bank account was charged the payment amount of {$570.00} and caused my bank account to go negative.
