My name is XXXX XXXX. I just got off the phone with XXXX who stated they were told by Wells Fargo to add an account that does NOT belong to me nor have I ever owned a WF card and refused to remove remarks from my mortgage as a joint that have since been removed for my sister. XXXX has added my sister 's Wells Fargo Card to my profile and refuses to remove remarks for an investigation she initiated on our old home mortgage. I spoke to a manager XXXX operator ID who not only refused, but stated it was not in " their policy '' which is not true as my sister has had all these issues resolved after 5 months. I am applying for a mortgage & my stellar report is now mixed with my sisters when we don't even have the same information and I have never owned a WF card. Please remove this card account off of my profile immediately and clear all the remarks from my joint home mortgage as the account was never in dispute from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Wells Fargo and XXXX have been reported to the attorney general for their intrusive and blatant disregard of my credit history which is my own and for them to cause a mix-up is unacceptable.
