I have supplied the credit bureau and creditor with the proof that I was never late and made all payments on time and the credit bureau and creditors refuse to remove the late payment which is a voilation 15 U.S. Code 1681i FCRA XXXX XXXX with late payments to re appear on my credit report causing me personal injury. I have send multiple certified mail receipts on this matter over the course of the last 2 years. XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/2020, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX.
