- [ ] XXXX XXXX Account number : XXXX - [ ] XXXX Account number : XXXX - [ ] XXXX XXXX XXXX Account number : XXXX I have recently received a copy of my credit report, and to my surprise I noticed that reinsert accounts have been added back at the deletion. I disputed the inaccuracy of this account before and the account was removed. Im confused as to why this item has popped back up on my credit report under Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), an item can not be reinstated. Answer my credit report with a written notice by a credit bureau to me within five days of the rain session. I have received no such notice and would like for this item to be deleted this is a violation of my rights. Upon deleting this account please send me an updated copy of my credit report with updated leases to the address above. If action is not taken regarding this matter I will forward this copy to the CFPB as well as the FTC and file a formal complaint. Sincerely,
