I received notice from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX regarding a debt that I did not recognize and filed an identity theft case with FTC on the identity theft website and sent a letter of validation to XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX on XX/XX/2022. On XX/XX/2022 they requested a default judgment and did not comply with my letter within 5 days and continued to collect the debt and sue me. I did not receive any validation so I sent a second letter of validation dated XX/XX/2022 and specifically stated that they should send me everything in writing and to stop all phone calls. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX continued with the case and filed for a summary judgment on XX/XX/2022. On XX/XX/2022 they continued to call my phone and left a voicemail message to call them which violated my cease and desist letter regarding phone calls. On XX/XX/2022 I received a notification from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX which included information about the debt which I disagree with so I filed an objection to the summary judgment on XX/XX/2022 and oral arguments will be heard on XX/XX/2022.
