I have tried rebuilding my credit so I pulled a credit report for all 3 major credit bureaus and there is a credit card from XXXX XXXX XXXX that keeps showing up from a credit card company called XXXX XXXX. I have never ever applied for this card, received a card like this or opened up this account. I have disputed this account on all credit bureaus. They sent it to a collections agency and I explained this to them also and since then they have now changed the status to a charge off and now its reporting that I am currently delinquent. Noone will help me get this removed and its ruining my credit to the point where I cant rebuild and I am a spouse of a XXXX XXXX service member in the military. The collections company reporting this information is called Jefferson Capital that this account was sold to collect this debt in the amount of $ XXXX I called Jefferson Capital they tried to bribe into paying this debt and I refuse to pay a debt that is not mine. I believe I was a victim of identity theft because I did not open this account and I keep on disputing and every time I do they say this information is correct and it isn't. XXXX XXXX is the original creditor. I need help please getting this resolved.
