Spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX Diaz and Associates who I feel misrepresented the dates of the XXXX fitness debt. He states it was from XXXX with a last payment being made in XXXX but we feel that it was done more in XXXX when my husband was a minor and no payments were made after his mom informed Ballys he was not of legal age. XXXX XXXX of Diaz and Associates was rude and condescending and apologized to my husband for what he had to deal with everyday living with me he also stated he allowed me to speak. I want no contact with this extremely misogynistic company ever again for a perceived debt that is 36 years old. He also asked that we provide documentation showing we dont owe this debt.
