I have disputed several times with Transunion about adding someone else information on my credit report. Misleading information on my credit report has caused people to show up at my house ( I have been afraid for my life ), Calls to my employer, and unfair credit decisions have caused me frustration and XXXX. This has made my life a living XXXX for over ten years, and they keep adding this person to my report. I have called disputed, and they will sometimes delete it, but a year later, I see it back on my report. At this point, I am filing a lawsuit because I should be getting monetary suffering. Transunion has made my life a living XXXX, and at this point, I would like their legal office to be involved. My latest dispute, XX/XX/2022, resulted in the information as accurate and was left on my report. This is the 3rd or 4th time I had to dispute this same information, and I know I will have to do so in the future because what is stopping them now from adding this lady 's information back to my report.
