I XXXX XXXX XXXX under the penalty of perjury, affirm and attest that all after mentioned statements are true. On XX/XX/2022 I noticed after viewing all three of my credit reports from XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX that XXXX was and currently as of XX/XX/2022 still is reporting inaccurate and fraudulent information to my credit file on behalf of deceptive corporations and XXXX party thieves. On XX/XX/2022 I filed an FTC identity theft report against XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and multiple other thieves who are utilizing my credit file without permissible purpose lacking consent from me to furnish or report such inaccurate details about my personal, consumer, and credit information causing defamation to my character and hardship for me and my family. On XX/XX/2022 I sent XXXX multiple letters requesting debt validation, personal information amendments, and other credit related inquiries which they signed for and received via XXXX certified postal mail on XX/XX/2022. XXXX has blatantly disregarded my request thus continuing to further violate my federally protected rights as a consumer. It is now XX/XX/2022 and I still have not received any proof that investigation has even begun. I am demanding that XXXX no longer violates my federally protected rights by adhering to my written instructions that I have supplied them as of XX/XX/2022 through updating, deleting/removing, and remeding the many violations that are being reported on my XXXX credit report and file. Please find attached all evidence supporting my claim and make the accurate changes. I demand XXXX stop violating the FCRA and the FDCPA.
