In accordance with the fair Reporting act XXXX Account # XXXX, have violated my rights. I have not received any verification of debt or reply. company violated the cease and desist by reporting to credit bureau without providing me written proof as requested. i have not received any proof of debt of signed document by me that validates the debt and its been over 90 days. laws in 15 USC 1692 have been violated by the company 's actions and i request you to remove this negative account from all bureaus IMMEDIATELY! will be looking to file suit and complaints with FTC because my rights and livellhood has been affected by their actions.
