In accordance with the fair Reporting act XXXX Account # XXXX, have violated my rights. 15 USC 1618 Section 608 A States I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also States a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. 15 USC 1666B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open and consumer credit plan at late for purpose. I have remained very humble throughout last year & these last 4 months despite all the stress, abuse and harm that EXPERIAN, XXXX, & XXXX has caused me. I have had a enough of all the abuse and unfair practices from EXPERIAN, XXXX, & XXXX. pursuant of 15 usc 1681b ( 2 ) I didnt give EXPERIAN XXXX XXXX XXXX & XXXX any form of written instructions to accept, furnish or report any information on my behalf by the powers vested in me by the one TRUE living XXXX I hereby DEMAND that all negative accounts, Late payments, charge offs, that was not Authorized or Verified.
