The Credit bureaus stated my account was properly investigation but how is dat possible if the open date inaccurate, months of term, and date last reported is not accurate also last date active, date of last payment credit limit, high credit. This ground for removal they also violated my right under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States i have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A. It also stated a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions Also the Credit bureaus took more than 30 days to complete my investigation here is my certified mail tracking # XXXX I have in hand a copy of my credti report and highlighted all the inaccureate things from all 3 credit bureaus and i found alot of inaccurate things on it. So i would like it removed from my credit report from all 3 bureaus.
