Capital One Auto Finance has called me every day since XX/XX/XXXX. I have never had a loan with Capital One. I need these hararassing calls to stop. It's a robocall, so I can never speak with a person. The call comes from XXXX. I called Capital One Auto Finance to get them to stop these harrassing calls. But you must either enter an account number, which I don't have because I don't have a loan with them. Or leave your Social Security Number, which I will not do. They would likely look up an account with the SSN and I don't have an account. You can not talk to a representative. If the voice system does not recognize your account number, they simply say goodbye and hang up. I have written to the company. I continue to get calls. I blocked the number but they are still able to leave a message and so my mailbox fills up because I don't get a call nor do I get a notice of a voice mail, so at first I didn't even know I had to go in and delete their messages. I was forced to get a new phone number in XXXX when I switched cell phone carriers. Yes, I know there's a law that says you can keep your cell number, but apparently that law doesn't apply to XXXX XXXX XXXX. Shortly after XXXX XXXX XXXX would not release my old number to my new carrier, and I got a new number, these calls began. I assume the number they're calling ( now my number ) used to belong to someone who owes them money. I would appreciate any help to get them to stop calling me. This feels like harrassment!
