on XXXX and XXXX this agency is reporting a debt of XXXX as of XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX XXXX for a property in XXXX XXXX I never lived in. the only exchange of money was for an application fee. no money ever exchanged to move in address no deposits and no utilities in my name. a lease was electronically signed and voided on the same day without ever moving in due to some comments that were insensitive and prejudice over the phone. from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX I lived at.XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and moved to where I currently live which is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX MO XXXX I have utility bills I can provide as well as leases to show. If i have never lived at the address : there is nothing to pay and nothing will be paid. I received one phone call from this business about 4 months ago no debt validation letter or notice of debt ( since I have never lived at the address ) take this s ..off my credit report for XXXX or XXXX
