The moment I disputed a billing error in XX/XX/2021, Discover not only furnished non payment to the credit agencies, which is a violation of 15 USC 1692c, but they also closed my account which is violation of 12 CFR 1026.13 ( d ) in XX/XX/2021. They didn't give notice until after the adverse action was done, which is violation of 12 CFR 1026.9 ( c ) ( 2 ) ( i ) and did not reflect my rejection on my account which is a violation of 12 CFR1026.9 ( h ) ( 1 ) AND 12 CFR 1026.9 ( h ) ( 2 ) ( i ). I informed Discover that they were willfully and negligently violating 15 USC 1637 open-end credit and that I DEMAND they reopen my account as the beneficiary of such account. They still did not comply. This account was created from a consumer credit transaction and therefore, I DEMAND my dividends for such an account.
