I signed up for a credit building loan of {$720.00} from Self Lender on XX/XX/2021. Due to being XXXX with XXXX i missed the monthly payments of XXXX and XX/XX/2021. The payments were made 30 and 60 days late, resulting in my credit score dropping to XXXX. The loan has now been closed, and no money is owed to the lender. I have contacted Self Lender in regards to deleting the account off my credit report, so i have a chance at building up my credit again. They refuse to help me. From now on, i will have to struggle greatly with finding an apartment, or getting a new job within my line of work, for years because of circumstances out of my control. Therefore i ask you kindly to intervene in this matter.
