I Received a letter from the company that my collection will be removed from the credit bureaus once agreed upon payment. The letter also states that we have a agreement, not only do we have a agreement. The company Convergent Outsourcing has inaccurate information reporting to all credit bureaus. It states my collection was open on XX/XX/2018 on two accounts but on the third one it reports totally different. I disputed this information twice to the creditor and it still remains present. Also, I noticed that several others have had the same complaint with the same creditor reporting inaccurate information. This shows that they aren't to be truthful. Furthermore, the integrity of this company speaks volume when promising deletion and never being deleted. In my attachments you will see XXXX XXXX XXXX attachments to solidify my complaint.
