Recurrent perpetrator is XXXX XXXX, a.k.a. XXXX XXXX, whose latest scam is against current creditor, Jefferson Capital Systems for {$640.00}. XXXX XXXX continues to use her previous property address, but I bought her property in 2003. XXXX apparently continues to put down MY property address which results in my receiving HER creditors ' letters trying to collect HER debts. XXXX is not using my name. She is using my address for her credit card scams. Isn't this a form of identity theft? I have tried writing Jefferson Capital Systems ( as I had to all previous creditors looking for XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX ) that I am NOT XXXX, and that XXXX has no right to be using my property address as hers ( since 2003 ). How do I stop this XXXX from unlawfully using my property address in her credit card scams? I am tired of being accused of being XXXX and I am tired of receiving letters from creditors looking for XXXX who think she lives at my property. She does not and has not since 2003!
