This is not a validation of debt request, and no response in that manner is requested, however- if you attempt to, please understand that then I request full disclosure on the method of verification, and sources of such validation, in addition to the disputed items listed below, The Tradeline in question is the XXXX - XXXX, where the following items are incomplete/and or inaccurate. 1. Date of Last Activity- is Blank, and should not be 2. Date of First Delinquency, is inaccurate and can not be supported by the incomplete Pay History 3. The Payment History is incomplete, and then inaccurately representing this tradelines final state 4. " R '' is never reported in Pay History 5. Comments says Repo, but Payment History does not support this 6. The Date of last Payment is wholly inaccurate 7. The DOFD - FCRA Date - then, is wholly inaccurate 8. Date Closed is BLANK but is required, as per compliance Account says Status Closed - but, payment history and Tradeline data do not support it 9. Charge off amount - is Blank, and can not be when Status - is Charge off - Sold Rules are mandated by Metro2 - XXXX XXXX, Creditor Please resolve the tradeline to be accurate - or delete it.
