I have been getting the runaround from One Main Financial no matter how many times I call, including 3 calls today last week in one day. I get a different answer each time I call. I've called at least a dozen times and each time I get a different answer and no solution. They assigned me to a branch and when I called the branch, XXXX was very abusive and told me he was going to hang up! As of last week, I've tried to get a payoff amount and get the run around with that. They charge me 36 % interest. The new loan is going to save me 11 % interest and will not have to have a lien on my car! On XX/XX/XXXX their website indicated I have until the XX/XX/XXXX to pay it off, on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX tells me I have one day to pay it off! Please forward this complaint to the CEO XXXX XXXX. So, he knows how dysfunctional One Main Financial Customer service is! The payoff balance today is more than I borrowed last year, XX/XX/XXXX and is {$10000.00}. I have repeatedly contacted OneMain Financial to provide the payoff amount by XX/XX/XXXX and the initial documents that the branch did not provide! I have called them ; emailed them, complained to the executives and the XXXX. The only thing they indicate at their website is that I qualify for another loan. Of course, they are strictly gold-diggers, they charge 36 % interest and still demand a lien on my car! They are costing me 36 % more for my loan! My credit rating was ruined with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I then found out who the liberal banks were, XXXX and XXXX Banks and now OneMain Financial! However, my score then was XXXX but one-time XXXX In California don't pay me or my son, everything went haywire. I must get the initial documents, the payoff amount and to stop ignoring me. We're severely XXXX seniors ; thus, now a days, liberals don't have qualms about discriminating and victimizing seniors due to our XXXX, ancestry and age!
