this letter to inform you that you have violated federal law and federal regulations ( 15usc 41 ) Look i sent letters via certified mail to the XXXX credit bureaus on XX/XX/2022 of inaccurate and unknown stuff all over my credit report. to this day which is well over 30 days. i have yet to hear a response regarding disputes sent via certified mail. I HAVE RECIEPTS AND DELIVERY SAYING YOU ALL RECEIVED THE DISPUTED CERTIFIED MAIL. I feel like I am being taken advantage of and BEING ignored. Section 611 ( a ), it plainly stated the failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove the items from the credit report if its been well over 30 days so they shall be deleted promptly as stated by federal law. I demand these disputes sent via certified mail to be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress you have caused me. The credit bureaus also violated 15 usc 1681 Section 623 ( 9 ) ( b ) ( 2 ) The credit bureaus are supposed to complete all the investigations before the expiration of the period under the section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) stated the failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove the items from the credit report if its been over 30 days so they shall be deleted promptly.
