I accidentally made a purchase through Affirm. I immediately tried to cancel. Both the ticket place ( XXXX ) and Affirm were closed, so I sent e-mails to both companies. I searched for hours on their sites and Apps to find contact info for these companies. Neither one had them. Unfortunately I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Once the XXXX was under control I researched online and found a phone number for Affirm. I contacted them and spoke to XXXX. He told me I needed to wait a week to hear back from the XXXX place. I explained my situation and told him the money taken out of my account was my rent money thats due in 2 days. I was told there was nothing he could do to help me.
